Return, Refund or Exchange Policy

Fabric Dekho ensure you that each fabric we supply passes through multiple hands to check the quality, measurement, with no defects and new without tags condition. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or service, we offer easy returns and exchange of any product on below terms and conditions.

• ·      You can change or cancel your order if it is yet not dispatched. For the same you need to email us on fabricdekho@gmail.com with your order number and amendments.
• ·      Our products go through a good quality check, but still you find any damage or defect you can request for return or exchange. For this you have to share fabric damage pics along with parcel opening video which is mandatory for return, refund, or exchange within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
• ·      International orders cannot be return, refund or exchange due to different custom duty norms and policies of different country.
• ·      As we check the product on different stages, return/ exchange policy is not applicable on orders above 15 meters of single design. If you find any damage or defect please share parcel opening video as mandatory for return, refund or exchange.
• ·      The product should returned within 3 days after receiving the parcel, if you find product is not as per the quantity you ordered,damaged, defected and different from you ordered.
• ·      If you find you have not received complete order please get in touch at fabricdekho@gmail.com, we will check.
• ·      We don’t offer return, refund or exchange if the product bought in offer or sale.
• ·      If you received different product from the product you ordered, you can reach us at fabricdekho@gmail.com.
• The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and uncut as fabrics marked on both sides and in an undamaged condition.
• ·      In case of return please keep the parcel ready with original product, we will arrange the reverse pick up.
• ·      If you cancel the pre-paid order placed by you, amount will be refunded to the source of payment within 10-15 days after receiving the product at our warehouse. If the order is COD, no amount will be paid above as you have not paid any amount for your order.
• ·      We will deduct shipping amount and refund remaining amount if the order is returned by you.
• If you have used the discount coupon and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the original amount and remaining amount will be refunded.
• We don’t offer return, refund, or exchange on custom printed fabrics..
• It will take approx.. 10 - 20 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund after we receive the product at our warehouse.
• We don’t entertain request for return, refund or exchange after 48 hours of receiving the product if the product is damaged from our end.
• Parcel opening video is mandatory for refund, return, and exchange.
