We ensure you that each fabric we supply passes through multiple hands to check the quality, measurement, with no defects and new without tags condition.
In cases, if you want to return or exchange full or partial order because an order if defect, you may place a return or exchange request by sending us an email at email@example.com with your order number, the image and video of the opening of your parcel or of the defected product within 24 hours.
We will exchange or refund if visual appearance doesn’t match with the product you have seen on the website and the product you have in hand or defected. We will arrange pickup from your location, pickup location should be the same as the shipping address.
Customer can also ship the wrong product, we will refund shipping charges as per shipping company receipt also after receiving the fabric in our warehouse.
We don’t refund for -
Since we cut a specific length as per your need, so exchange/return, in that case, shall not possible for us. If the material is correct.
The exchange shall be done to the availability of the fabric on the date of receipt of returned order/products.
Exchange amount will be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP.
Conditions of Returned Products
The product should not be washed, used, stitched and should be in an undamaged condition.
The item should be returned along with the invoice and the original package.
Sale products will not be returnable or exchangeable.
You can cancel your order between 24 hours after placing the order. Payment made for that order will be credited to your bank account.
You can cancel your order through email, cancellation email provided.
