If order cancelled by us

We reserve the right, cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include short in fabric availability, misprints or defects in product or pricing information, or inaccuracies with your payment. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if your order is cancelled for any reason. If your order is cancelled after you have made payment for the same, the said amount will be reversed back to the account from which payment was made.

 

If order cancelled by you.

If we receive a cancellation notice from you and your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount as a store credit if your order is pre-paid. The orders that have already shipped will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy for those orders. We trust that that Credit /debit cards used by you on the website are legally owned by you because we will not responsible for any credit/debit card fraud activity.

Cash On Delivery(COD) mode of payment is not applicable on orders above INR 5000.

 

Fraud activity

We regularly monitor transactions. If we find any suspicious activity, We reserve the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability and information. If your order is pre-paid we will reverse the charged amount to your account except a processing fee of payment gateway or as per the term and conditions of Transaction agent.

 

Colour variation

We have done our best in our knowledge to provide your fabric colour as same as in reality but is always some difference in realistic colours and on digital platform .we never guarantee that your monitor's pictures of any colour will be exactly accurate.

 

Change in Terms & Conditions

We can at any time change the Terms and condition of Use without any initial notification being provided to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms of Use at any given time on the Website. You should always review the Terms and condition of Use on the Website. However, if you are continuing to use the service you will be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms of Use of this Website.

We can change our terms and conditions any time, without any prior notice .for updates on terms and conditions please make a regular visit on the website.
